Jonathan R. Koza is a native of Decatur and a graduate of Austin High School. Jonathan’s practice focuses on civil litigation and family law. His civil litigation experience includes personal injuries, workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability cases. Jonathan’s family law practice includes divorce, child custody, and child support issues.

Jonathan attended the University of North Alabama before obtaining a B.S. in Business Administration from Limestone College in Gaffney, South Carolina. He earned his law degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham in 2016. Jonathan is licensed to practice in the State of Alabama and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Jonathan is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, the Morgan County Bar Association, and the Madison County Bar Association. Jonathan serves as a board member of the Volunteer Center of Morgan County and as a member of the Human Rights Committee for Cooper Estates, FHL Group Homes, and Fuller Homes residential group homes. Jonathan is also a proud member of the Kiwanis Club of Decatur.
